Want an inmaite london venue that gives you modern industrial details? The Hackney could be your perfect venue!:

‘Dating from at least 1860, the main building was originally built as Brewery for the Chandler Wiltshire Brewery Company. Latterly much of the building was operated as a mechanic’s workshop.

You’ll find many original features in the space including safe doors, 4m high ceilings, exposed original brickwork as well as plenty of small details and curiosities left by previous owners.’
